Yeezy Boost 350

The second edition of the highly sought-after Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 in all-black is officially released. Raffles were drawn, winners announced, and servers worldwide crashed in record timing. And that was all caused by those who were unable to reserve a pair via Adidas’ mobile app called Confirmed.

So, while many of you try to come to terms with the fact that you weren’t able to secure a pair — there may still be hope. But you’re going to have to be quick. The first, comes from none other than Mrs Kardashian-West herself. She promptly posted to her Instagram account with instructions on how the silhouette could still be yours. All you have to do is visit YeezySupply.com and follow the instructions.

Secondly, YCMC.com received record numbers to their site, causing a frustrating experience for those scrambling to grab a pair. However, the retailer responded by emailing all those who subscribed for their newsletter (the only way they originally announced the release time) with a detailed explanation. They stated:

“We experienced over 100 times our peak traffic loads, and, as a result, our web servers were constantly overloaded. Even as we continually spun up more and more cloud-based servers, they could not keep up with the non-stop requests. This far exceeded our expectations, which we based on our last Yeezy launch. The result? No one could purchase the Yeezy Boost sneakers.”

After apologizing to their customers, they offered a final ray of hope. They would be raffling off the pairs. But you only have until 2pm EST Monday to enter.
